This new tool is a step by step, easy to use interactive Food Safety Manual
Development Program. By using the program produce suppliers will be able to
develop operational guidelines to reduce the risk of microbial, chemical and
physical contamination from the field to the distribution of fresh produce.
The manuals are designed to help shippers and growers stay in compliance with
existing and evolving United States safe production guidelines and regulations.
The program can be accessed at no cost (except for the European GAP Manual),

The options enable users, through a series of yes/no and short answer
