The Primus Way
Regardless of what we do for a living, there are certain core principles by
which PrimusLabs operates. These govern the way we deal with clients, with
employees, and with our obligation to society as a whole. These are what
PrimusLabs is all about.
First, our dealings with clients; we are a service company and credibility is
our only stock in trade. Customer satisfaction is the absolute bedrock of our
business. We cannot expect second chances, nor should we want to. Get it right
the first time and we don't need a second chance.
Our employees should expect nothing but the best from PrimusLabs, and
PrimusLabs expects nothing but the best from our employees. Each and every
employee is valued for his or her contributions. We believe the idea that pride
in the workplace is dead, is false. Anyone who does not take pride in his or
her work does not belong at Primus.
Our obligation to society is to provide profitable, worthwhile work.
Profitable, because profit is the way society is ultimately supported;
worthwhile, because what we do does make a positive difference to the world
around us. As to ethics, any PrimusLabs personnel doing the right thing
will never have cause to worry. We see no difference whatsoever between
"personal ethics" and "business ethics". Always consider how your actions would
be reported on the front page of your newspaper, and act accordingly. If these
actions are not something that would be favorably viewed, then they are not
"The Primus Way".
