III.   Submitting Audits

Audits may be submitted to PrimusLabs.com in three ways ("direct Internet entry, e-mail or regular mail service). Regular mail results can be submitted in three formats; hardcopy or 3.5" diskette and CD Rom. Please refer to the fees and charges section of this document for a breakdown of cost associated with each type of submission. Direct Online Internet Audit Submission: Direct online audit submission will be possible by clicking http://intranet/primuslabs.com/audit and following instructions on the site. E-mail completed excel file. Hardcopy (paper) audit submission, 3.5" Disks, CD Roms  are to be mailed to: Audit Administration PrimusLabs.com 2810 Industrial Parkway Santa Maria, CA 93455 The data will be transcribed into the system by PrimusLabs.com staff at additional cost.
