V.  Pricing

General: The following fee schedule applies to relationships between PrimusLabs.com and third party auditors. Where an affiliate carries out  an audit that they have organized for themselves i.e. not involving PrimusLabs.com (a.k.a. independently contracted audits), then the auditor must obtain payment from their clients directly. Where audits have been subcontracted by PirmusLabs.com to an auditor, PrimusLabs.com will obtain all payments from the auditee (client). Disclaimer: If you are interested in pursuing an affiliated auditing relationship with PrimusLabs.com, please read our disclaimer Data Ownership: All data submitted to Primuslabs.com will become the property of PrimusLabs.com, and will be handled pursuant to the terms and conditions displayed Here . PrimusLabs.com reserves the right to store, display, and sell data contained in the PrimusLabs.com database, except that no association of producer identification will be made with scoring or ranking information unless authorized by the supplier. Instructions as to storage, display, transfer, reporting, etc. will come from the audited party, thereby allowing for changes in relationships among producers, auditors, buyers, etc. without impeding data flow. Schedule: PrimusLabs.com charges for various services available per the following schedule, which is subject to change from time to time, without notice. Pricing changes will become effective upon their publication on this website. Prices quoted are for handling data under previously developed format only. Payment: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. This will be at the time audit data is submitted, archiving is arranged, data transfers requested, etc. Part of the standard agreement with third party auditors is to arrange payment by credit card. You will be asked to submit credit card data and sign an agreement authorizing charges to your account whenever a billable event is requested. In the event a card issuer asks to reverse charges submitted by PrimusLabs.com, all data connected with unpaid charges will be removed.
