  • 1.1 Where do I register?

  • 1.2 What is the price of the Supply Chain Database?
  • Supplier Website:
    The Supplier website is free for all suppliers to manage their third party audits.

    Supply Chain Send and/or Retrieval Fee Details :

    In order to aid the dissemination of food safety data along the supply chain, beyond the initial upload of audits by the SATPA, the database has the capability to retrieve audit data from suppliers, and send audit data to customers.

    The price for Sending and/or Retrieving audit information through the supply chain will be charged on a volume based sliding scale. As more information is moved in one transaction the per unit price decreases. On an annual basis based on a calendar year PrimusLab.com will charge a maximum of $1000 for Sending and/or Retrieving audits through the suppliers’ sites.

    Send and/or Retrieve sliding price per transaction:

    $10 for the first 1-20 transfers
    $7 for transfers 21-35
    $5 for transfers 36-55
    $3 for transfers 56+ 

  • 1.3 What are my payment options
  • Upon registration you have 2 payment options; Credit Card or PayPal.  You can pay online using any of the credit cards or PayPal by entering the required information during the registration process.

  • 1.4 When do I get a receipt?
  •  A receipt is generated automatically retrieving and/or sending information through the database.

  • 1.5 My user name and/or password do not work, how do I obtain assistance?
  • Please e-mail info@primuslabs.com and ask for assistance. 

  • 1.6 I'm not comfortable sending my credit card information over the internet, what are my options?
  • We use Thawte™ Security for our credit card transactions, but we also accept PayPal transactions as well.

  • 1.7 I have multiple facilities and ranches in my operation, how do I register them?
  • Multiple facilities and ranches can be entered into one account, list them all within the operations section of your Member Website.

    Enter the season you use each growing operation and facility and then add the operation and the commodities.

    Santa Maria, California is the location of PrimusLabs.com Corporation; through our third party affiliates and sister offices we have operations many parts of the world: Central & South America, Canada, etc.

    Food safety is a priority within the produce industry; PrimusLabs.com provides a seamless connection through the supply chain to help companies that are performing food safety get recognized for their work.

  • Internet Explorer Web Browser Version 6.0 or higher

  • 3.2 Where is the PrimusLabs.com network monitored and maintained?
  • The PrimusLabs.com Data Server is securely located in California. The data server staff uses the latest technology to continually monitor the PrimusLabs.com network on a proactive basis.

    PrimusLabs.com data servers are located in Santa Maria, Calfornia. Extensive security protocols and back-up systems for the servers provide a safe and secure environment for data storage and handling.

  • 3.3 How do I upload documents to my Member Website?
  • Basic Plus and Platinum members can upload, archive, and send PDF documents that open using an Adobe Reader. Other documents can be loaded in their original file format: jpg, gif, Word, Excel, etc.

  • 3.4 What are thawte™ SSL Certificates and why does PrimusLabs.com use them?
  • Authentic Sites use thawte™ SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the company registration documents and the site's registered domain name  

4.0 Website Functions
  • 4.1 How do I login to my Basic Member Website?

    Enter Username and Password then click on Login.

  • 4.2 How do I change my Password?
  • To change profile information, user names, and passwords:

    • Click on My Profile, in the middle of the top tiered bar.
    • Click on User Company Profile on the right of the lower tiered bar.
    • After you make your changes, then click on Submit.

  • 4.3 How do I retrieve a password if I've forgotten it?
  • • Go to the login page and click on the Did you forget your password?
    • Enter your e-mail in the then click on Send Password.
