5. What options does primus provide in transporting my sample to your lab?

PrimusLabs works very hard to insure quick and reliable sample shipment. Most sample shipments are sent out and received the next day or transported via our staff shuttle for same day service when needed. PrimusLabs prides itself on trying to get each and every shipment to the lab as quickly as possible.

For more information, refer to the Sample Packing & Shipping Instructions.

6. What should I analyze my product for?

This is something PrimusLabs can’t answer for you. Most times you can get this information from your customer, or off of an audit as needed.

7. Could I get my sample collected or sampled by primus today?

It can be done. However, most customers phone, e-mail, fax or schedule online several days before harvesting. This gives PrimusLabs time to schedule the sampler and most of the time, depending on the testing, the customer will have results before harvest.

On occasion we have customers call in for an emergency sampling and we can help them, but if the sampler's schedules are full, scheduled samples will be pulled first. PrimusLabs will make every attempt possible to get your sample pulled.

8. Could I be shipped supply for sampling?

PrimusLabs will supply our customers with supplies upon request.

You can pick up supplies at any of our lab locations, or send an e-mail to dispatchgroup@primuslabs.com, including your method of transportation, account number, and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
