Pesticide Analysis
PrimusLabs.com utilizes current FDA, PAM, EPA and AOAC methodologies for its
pesticide analyses. These, coupled with our internal Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP), adherence to the Chain of Custody for all samples from sample
collection to analysis, the use of high quality, high purity analytical
standards, utilization of quality equipment such as gas chromatographs (GC) and
high performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC), ensure accurate and reproducible
analyses.
The equipment used by PrimusLabs.com is configured for the detection of
organochlorines, organophosphates, organonitrates, organosulfates and methyl
carbamates. Based upon the extraction methods and equipment utilized, well over
250 compounds as listed in the FDA's Pesticide Analytical Manual Vol. I Table
302-A can be analyzed for and recovered by PrimusLabs.com. Utilizing all of the
above and employing highly qualified, well-trained and dedicated personnel
assures that the client obtains accurate and timely analytical results.

| The
PrimusLabs.com pesticide residue analysis program consists of three subgroups: |
| Certified |
A "Certified" program is a pre-harvest sampling
and analysis program in which PrimusLabs.com personnel collect a representative
sample of the commodity from the field and maintain a strict chain of custody
from the field to the laboratory for analysis. A product is "Certified" when it
meets applicable government standards.

|
| Inspected |
The "Inspected" program is a post-harvest sampling and
analysis program in which PrimusLabs.com personnel collect a representative
sample from the loading dock, cooler or distribution center, again utilizing
the chain of custody from the sample collection point to the laboratory. Based
upon favorable findings, this program can warrant that any pesticide residues
detected within the lot analyzed are within established government tolerances.
|
| Tested |
A "Tested" program is available to any individual or firm
concerned with possible pesticide residues that may be present on a specific
shipment or commodity. A sample is provided to PrimusLabs.com by the client,
analyzed and the results are then reported to the client.

PLEASE NOTE
|
If a compound of interest does not appear on the list,
please inquire. It may be possible to incorporate the compound into a screen.
In situations where the compound cannot be tested through a multiresidue
screen, PrimusLabs.com welcomes inquiries regarding individual analysis.
FDA's multiresidue methods (MRMs) as described in the Pesticide
Analytical Manual (PAM) Volume I are used for multiresidue analyses. Gas and
Liquid chromatographic systems are used in the analyses. Confirmation of
violative residues using mass spectrometer detection is done as complimentary
test.
Pesticide Residue Testing Accreditations: State of California, Department
of Health Services - Environmental Laboratory Certification #1954. Japanese
