From Past to Present
In 1923, Chris Erneston Sr. started delivering locally grown produce to West Palm Beach area restaurants and retail grocery stores. Erneston & Sons quickly established a reputation for supplying top notch service and quality produce to its customers.
That reputation was continued in 1983 when Chris’s twin grandsons, Jimmy and Jerry Erneston, formed J&J Produce. Not wanting to compete with family in local distribution, Jimmy decided J&J Produce would take a different approach by becoming a supplier to local distributors, such as his family’s business,
with produce directly from the local family farms.
Today, J&J Produce is a leader in the foodservice supply industry and is becoming a presence as a retail supplier. J&J now manages more than 3,000 acres of farmland and operates from facilities in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Arizona and the Dominican Republic.
J&J Produce is focused on long-term relationships. We value honesty, integrity, and hard-work. We realize that it is essential for a produce company to have a progressive mindset to stay on the cutting edge and be nimble in this ever-changing industry. This is what drives the J&J Trophy Experience!
