NEW FINANCING PACKAGE
PLACENTIA, Calif. (November 11, 2005) – The Sunrise Growers, Inc. and Frozsun Foods, Inc. companies, together one of the world's largest processors of frozen strawberries and a leading supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables, announced the completion of a new long-term financing package. The financing package includes a senior credit facility led by RaboBank and an investment from Heritage Partners, the company's financial partner.
